Eric Verrièle, partner, practices criminal law and all areas of civil law and business law.
In general criminal law, he advises individuals and companies before all of the criminal courts. In particular, he accompanies laboratories and manufacturers of medical equipment with regard to the criminal aspects of DMOS litigation (anti-corruption), or with regard to the criminal responsibility of chemists (liable chemists and pharmacists).
He advises and assists companies with regard to the criminal aspects of competition law (unfair competition), and notably in the area of construction, the banking sector, insurance or industry.
He also deals with the criminal aspects of tax litigation for companies and individuals and, more generally, accompanies companies and individuals with regard to all forms of litigation before the criminal courts (police courts, criminal courts at first instance and the assize court): fraud, breach of trust, tax fraud, money laundering, corruption, forgery, use of forged documents, theft, conspiracy, moral harassment, etc.
He also intervenes in family law matters (divorce, matrimonial regimes), in matters of inheritance, transfer of businesses, or with regard to commercial leases or property.
Graduate from the University of Paris II, Eric Verrièle is a former secretary of the conference for internships at the Paris Bar.
